If you’re clueless in the gym, Caine is your go-to guy for help on the gym floor, needing a spot, fitness assessments or even as your personal trainer. With qualifications in Cert 3 & 4, First Aid & CPR, and a combined 25 years experience across wrestling, rugby league and boxing, look for Caine on the gym floor for all your fitness needs.
Courtenay Polock
Not only is Anthony a training machine, he is also the head trainer for our Functional classes, which are based around better movement in your day-to-day life. Anth has been in the fitness industry for 6 years as a personal trainer, coach for CrossFit, and playing soccer.
