With time, your knees might not perform as they used to, muscles and ligaments get weaker and they start to deteriorate. Spin is a great cardio exercise without having to run, but at the same time burning heaps of calories while giving your heart a great workout to keep it healthy. Spin is a very safe and effective workout that is fun to practice and little pressure on the body.
Sadie is one of our mature members, she’s been using the Fitness Republic facility over 15 years! Spin motivates her and gives her energy, and most importantly, it helps her deal with her injuries. Sadie had a bad knee injury that prevented her from doing any jumping or running. She actually got back to fitness performing some exercises at Fitness Republic with our professionals, who helped her recover up to the point that she did not need to go through surgery anymore.
From not being able to stand up to Spin and Body Pump classes, can you believe it?! Sadie is so grateful for the encouragement and motivation that everybody, from instructors to staff members, has given her at Fitness Republic.
