Rana is our Pilates Instructor at Condell Park and today she’s with the member Mahassen to go through the essentials of the Pilates class.
With Pilates the main focus is core and glutes strength. If you have any lower back pain, it will help you strengthen your core and glues to become stronger and help release the pain from that area. Plus, it gives you a boost of confidence!
We can say that Mahassen is another of our most loyal members. She has been with the community for more than 20 years! She loves the Pilates classes with Rana because it is a way to improve her posture, giving her core strength and better mobility. It’s also an antidepressant, making her feel sooo good after it!
The best out of Fitness Republic for Mahassen is that she has connected to many members, who have become her family. They support each other, because they are all here for the same reason: being fit and keeping motivated!
Mahassen’s tip for anyone who’s thinking to join is that everyone should be able to make Fitness part of their lives, as working out is so important. There’s no better way than joining a friendly community, where you have many different classes, amazing staff and instructors and most of it, a place where you’re having fun!
