Meet Tida, our Booty Building PT at Fitness Republic Cabramatta. Tida started her career as a pole dancer. She signed up at Fitness Republic to build her body strength and that was when her passion into fitness started.
After a year, Tida got her qualification as a PT and she started her journey as our Booty Building Instructor at Cabramatta!
As a beginner, if you do not know much about weights, Tida says it can be intimidating, but the key is to pay attention to the cues she offers. One of the best things about training at Fitness Republic is the inclusive environment, where you can feel comfortable to push as much as you can and feel good being yourself!
