Rhana’s journey in the fitness industry began after she suffered a back injury during her second pregnancy. She turned to pilates as a form of rehabilitation and found it to be extremely effective in relieving her back pain. This also sparked a passion for helping others with injuries, and she decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
In addition to her training in pilates, Rhana also has a background in CrossFit, ballet, and gymnastics. She uses her knowledge of these different forms of exercise to create effective and diverse workouts for her clients. Rhana believes that exercise should be enjoyable and she strives to make her classes fun and engaging for her clients. She understands that some people may feel shy or not confident when starting a new fitness routine, so she dedicates her time to helping her clients boost their confidence and reach their goal weight.
