What is functional training?
Functional training is high intensity interval training. It is designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories and give you an overall challenge!
Anthony focuses on the upper body in the first half of the workout, and in the second half of the work out he target’s the midsection which is the core and abdominals. Women love this class because it helps to build their upper body strength and target areas they may struggle to lose weight in.
What are the benefits of functional training?
