Since starting with Fitness Republic Catherine has put on an incredible 14 kilos of mass. Nice work! She joined our Cabramatta gym with a goal to lose weight, but our coaches had other ideas, empowering her to work to a goal of getting stronger and actually gaining weight – giving Catherine confidence, strength and a body she now loves.
