It is high intensity interval training – designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories and overall give you a challenge! It’s already a hit at our Merrylands and Cabramatta gyms, so it was about time we bought it over to our new pride and joy Condell Park.
What will I be doing in a Functional Fitness?
This high energy class features a lot of mobility stuff, animal flow ????, body
weight exercises and working with different types of equipment to get your body moving. You will work hard, then you will rest. It’s all about getting the heart rate up and burning calories, so perfect for those working on their summer beach bod or to improve general fitness levels.
What will I get out of a Class?
