Welcome to episode 12 of FITREPMADE by Fitness Republic. So last episode you got to learn about Functional Fitness – one of the ways we train at our gyms. Today, we shine a spotlight on one of our Merrylands members – Dylan Tran – who is being trained by coach Anthony. Rumour has it that some may say he looks intimidating but really he is one BFG. ????
This pair may seem as different as chalk and cheese BUT it just works. Dylan came to Fitness Republic overweight and decided to do something about it. He approached Anthony and since then has radically transformed not only his physical body but his whole outlook on life.
Dylan says, “He has changed me so much and been such a great mentor to me, showing me such great leadership”. ???? Now this is what our coaching at Fitness Republic is all about. We want you to be empowered – and not just in the gym – to live the best life you can!
The support and encouragement from Anthony has inspired a BIG change in Dylan’s life, with him signing up for his Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness Training – how awesome is that. ???????????????? This got our big softie Anthony a little bit emotional, as he says, “For me I’ve helped someone not only achieve small physical goals but I’ve changed their mindset as well. Dylan is testimony to that”.
