Hi Guys, Tariq from Fitness Republic Merrylands. Here we have two of our favorite members.
My name is Noah, I’m 15 years old. I go to Salamah College in Chester Hill.
I’m Sweed, I’m 15 and I go to Salamah College as well.
Every week we do Monday, chest and arms. Tuesday, back and shoulders. Keep repeating that till Friday.
What I realize I didn’t hear any cardio there? Cardio? Listen here, mate. You don’t need to worry about the cardio. Cardio is walking from machine to machine.
About last year, I was obese. I was 104 kilos at 13 years old. And I went to the pools one day and I was looking at myself. ‘Nah f*** that. I don’t like it’. I came to the gym. I lost 32 kilos, but I didn’t like it too. So you know what, now that I lost the fat, let me try to put as much muscle. I ended up putting 15 kilos of muscle.
I started that 60 kilos very skinny. So from last year till now, i’ve been eating a lot of calories and now I’ve reached 100 kilos. Now i’m happy. Yeah, that’s the end goal.
