In this episode of Fitrepmade we meet Monica – our little pocket rocket from Condell Park. Monica has been training at the gym for just 3 months. Before that she was doing crossfit style training, but wanted more flexibility in her schedule and likes the 24/7 opening hours of the gym.
Talking about timing of training, Monica’s favourite time to train is 4:30am in the morning. At least at that time there’s no waiting for any equipment! It also helps her to stay on track and consistent in her training because she sets herself up at the beginning of the day.
She’s a fan of all types of cardio – although her favourite is sprints on the treadmill! Aron suggested that she change up static and dynamic movements to maximise her training – which is just a great way to get the most of the time you’re training in the gym.
