We’re so thrilled to be presenting Sally, our new PT and brand new kickboxing class instructor at Fitness Republic Merrylands. Her background is in martial arts, where she has 3 years of experience. She also has 3 years of expertise in kickboxing. As a PT, her focus is towards strength training and fat loss.
So, what can you expect from a kickboxing class with Sally? You’re going to do a lot of Pad Work, strikes and kicks combinations, as well as body weight exercises.
